Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal information we collect, why, and the rights you have. We keep what we collect to a minimum.

Who we are

Finventro is a trading name of Lexington Access Limited (company number 17277695), registered in England & Wales, registered office 1 Chandlers Way, Aldringham, Leiston, Suffolk, IP16 4WA. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us about privacy at any time at founder@finventro.com.

The information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to deal with you:

We do not use advertising or profiling trackers, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it. This sets analytics cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and general location, with your IP address anonymised. These are non-essential cookies, so nothing is measured until you accept them through the cookie banner shown when you first visit. You can decline, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or build marketing profiles, and we do not sell personal information. Where the site uses a third-party feature, such as a booking or payment tool, that provider may set its own cookies to deliver its service, and its own privacy notice will apply.

Why we use your information and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the trusted service providers that help us operate, and only so far as they need it to perform their service for us. These include our payment provider, our call-scheduling tool, our website analytics provider (Google Analytics, where you have accepted analytics cookies), and the email and hosting services we use to correspond with you and deliver your download. Each acts under its own obligations to keep your information secure. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where that happens we rely on the safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then delete it. Where the law requires us to keep records — for example financial records for tax purposes — we keep those for the period required, which is generally six years.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to restrict or object to how we use it, subject to the limits the law allows. To make a request, email founder@finventro.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

If you have a concern you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version always applies.
